Dr. Carolyn Hayle is a Corporate Director, Chief Executive Officer and Master Trainer. Dr. Hayle hold Degrees in Business Administration and MBA in General Management and a Ph.D. in

Sustainable Development, with more than 40 years of working experience at the highest level.

Dr. Hayle has an outstanding track record that had exceeded all expectations.

Dr. Hayle was previously the Director of the Institute for Hospitality and Tourism and Senior Programme Officer II at The University of the West Indies and was the also Executive Director of HEART Trust/NTA.

Dr. Hayle has created both proprietary workforce solution software and management tools that combine to provide company with data on careers, talent, institutions and labor market. This software integrates career management, talent access and inventory, tertiary programme positioning and strategic long-term planning.

FIB Accredited Trainer 

Mr. Traile is a Hospitality management training phenomenon with 16 years of industrial experience and over 10 years training experience.

Mr. Traile holds a bachelor of science degree in hotel management from western Hospitality Institute and his currently doing his masters in Business administration with Edinburgh Napire University, He was a former college lecturer at the Western Hospitality Institute and holds an FIB accredited trainer certification.

Mr. Traile as also gain international experience and have engaged in numerous management course with the hospitality industry. 

Director of Training & Education

Orlando A. Dawkins is an Accredited Master Trainer and TPDC Approved Training Partner with over 20 years of training, Sales, and Marketing experience. Mr. Dawkins has a degree from Shaw Institute in Digital Marketing and several other certificates in the related field. He is also currently pursuing a Master's at the University of Edinburgh.

Mr. Dawkins is a Public speaker and is also trained in Mediation at the Justice Training Institute with the Ministry of Justice. In his philanthropic role, Orlando Dawkins is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Ocho Rios East, a nonprofit organization that caters to the needy. Having studied and worked in several States in the US, he has worked as a Sales Manager for Jamaica Tours Limited and Winners Wholesales of the Caribbean.

His introduction to the tourism industry saw him managing the front desk at the Royal Decameron Montego Beach. As a young man, he was a Legal Aid and Privacy Council Clerk at the Jamaica Council For Human Rights. He is currently the Director of the Complete Tourism Training Institute, which partners with the Jamaica Tourist Board (TPDCO) for the execution of the Team Jamaica Program and is also Accredited by the FIB Academy USA-Training and Accreditation Board in the United States of America.
